Cannot consistently use ISPQ

I have been using the video chat program ISPQ. for years Recently I installed El Capital and since then, I often get an error 132 when trying to log in.

When checking for more details, I'm told the the computer appears to be behind a NAT firewall. and that to allow connections I have to add ISPQ VideoChat on ports 2001 and 2020-2021.

I have no idea how to do this and even, if I should because there are days when I have no problem logging in. It seems to not connect in the early part of the day, but does in the evening.


Is this a Mac/ElCapitan problem or is it an ISPQ problem? If the latter, I cannot get help from them until I can log in..

Any suggestions?
