Bluetooth PAN
How do I enable Bluetooth PAN? My OS version is 10.10.5 - Yosemite on a MacBook Pro.

First of all, remember that Bluetooth PAN lets you use your carrier network to connect your MacBook Pro to the Internet through a mobile phone. Here you have the steps to enable Bluetooth PAN -> OS X Yosemite: Connect to the Internet with a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone
If that's not what you're looking for, probably you want to enable Bluetooth only. If so, go to System Preferences -> Bluetooth and enable it there.
