Infinite spinner when installing an app on Apple TV

Today I tried launching Oceanhorn game on Apple TV. It didn’t. Selecting app button and pressing it did nothing except for animation showing that indeed my input is coming through. OK, so I decided to reinstall it: deleted the game, went to purchased apps (it’s on a family member’s account, not on mine) and tried to install it again.

All I get is the infinite spinner in the place of download button. Hours passed already, it still spins if I return to Oceanhorn’s App Store page.

What I tried:

1. Restarting. After restart spinning stops and I can try again, which brings me back to infinite spinner.

2. Downloading the game from the original account. Switching Apple TV to that account and trying to download it from there didn’t do a thing.

3. Installing another app on Apple TV. It works, but no change for Oceanhorn.

4. Installing the game on another device on the same network. Works.

5. Changing network settings. No effect.

I see it stuck, but how can I fix it?
