    Hi

Screenshots are taken when you press and hold the side button on your Apple Watch and then also press and immediately release the Digital Crown. To prevent this from happening by accident (eg by the back of your hand pressing the buttons when flexing at the wrist), try either:

    • Wearing your watch a little higher on your wrist.
    • Wearing your watch band more tightly during exercise (trampolining may otherwise exert sufficient force to move it from the usual position).
    • Wearing your watch rotated by 180 degrees, so that the Digital Crown and side button are on the other side, where they may be less likely to be activated unintentionally.
      • To adjust the display settings, on your iPhone in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Watch Orientation - change the side for the Digital Crown.
      • How to change bands over: Change your Apple Watch band - Apple Support

You are most likely accidentally clicking both the Digital Crown and Side Button at the same time. This can be caused when jumping on the trampoline by the various forces causing skin to buckle and click the buttons. Or a sleeve might click the buttons.

This is a correct answer. However, it was already given by Ralph back in December. Before posting an answer, you want to make sure that you read the entire thread. That way, you make sure that you're contributing something new to the thread. It's not uncommon for a couple of people to post the same answer within a couple of minutes due to the way the forum software works. And, some people get a bit testy if you repeat their answers weeks or months later (Ralph is not likely to so don't worry)

You should also consider using complete words and avoiding text speak. This is an international forum and abbreviations can be confusing.

Keep trying and you'll be a pro at answering questions!

    Best of luck.
