Or plug it in to your computer and update through iTunes.

Turn off your router for 30 seconds
Then go to settings on iPhone reset network settings.
After reset enter your router wireless key .
Then try software update .

Dec 22, 2015 7:15 PM in response to lawan ajimiby lawan ajimi,thanks you all !!! but i get in to another trouble after doing another method which is i put it in to recover mode then restore the iphone during that process my phone turn to iphone 6 plus i was scare but i let it finished the restore and update by then my iphone 6s plus 128gb turn to iphone 6 plus 55.51gb seriel number imei number wallpaper all change and turn to iphone 6 plus while my phone is iphone 6s plus now i dont know what to do but i call apple but it goes off during conversation now i am trying to contact nearest apple store but there is no apple store in my city
