Dec 22, 2015 1:51 PM in response to INGLESRAby sberman,Try this next then:
Use iTunes' menu to go to Store > View Account.
Find the "iTunes Match" row (under "iTunes in the Cloud").
Does it say something like "Your subscription will automatically renew on [some date]"? It should.

Dec 22, 2015 7:57 PM in response to sbermanby INGLESRA,Yes I'd already checked that and it is due to renew on Dec 29th, but I've turned off automatic renewal over the last few days. I've not been able to use Match since Sep so feel disinclined to renew the subscription if it is not going to work. Over the last few days I've tried so many ways of getting this to work I'm getting very frustrated with it all and presently I'm considering giving up and transferring to Amazon Music instead. One of the many things I've tried is turning off and on the Icloud Library, this only resulted in ITunes downloading all my music to both my IPad and IPhone, completely filling both, and then when I deleted the music to make space, the process started again. I ended up losing 16Gb of my monthly 20Gb monthly data allowance on my phone in one day as I'd turned on mobile data to stream music whilst on the move. The cynical side of me thinks this is being deliberately done by Apple to force people to use Apple Music.

Dec 23, 2015 3:29 AM in response to sbermanby gabrielefrombrighton,I have the same issue. I moved my library from my PC to my new MAC ( thought going all in on Apple was making my life easier ) . My subscription status is current says auto renew too . In my store menu i don't see the iTunes Match menu option at all. followed the aforementioned steps too ( icloud music lib off / on ). No change.
