It doesn't say "reset your security questions" anywhere?

I'm trying to reset my security questions because I don't remember the answers. BUT YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE ANSWERS TO RESET THEM??? ;-;

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.
