ios 9.2 issues

After downloading the software update ios 9.2 apps like facebook, twitter, and instagram are crashing as soon as I open them. I am also having trouble with both texting and imessage. They are not going through and when they are they are deleting themselves. Incoming and outgoing. Not sure if I'm even receiving all my calls. Anyone else having these problems?
