can't install software error in BCA

Hi

I am trying to setup Windows 10 Pro on a Mac Air Mid 2013 laptop.

Have gone into BCA and ticked Create a Window 7 install disk and Download latest Windows Support Software.

it begins to download (takes a while) and as it gets to the end of the download. An error occurs "Can't install software".

When i click OK on the error it takes me back to the BCA and i have to start again.

Have tried this a few times and even tried to just Download the Support Software using the menu option.
