My iPhone (6) hangs up within syncing with my Mac over cable. Also not sync of backup over iCloud when selected.
My iPad Air does both OK.
Anyone able to assist

Hi Brett,
I do all of this on USB and the same happens with my iPad - I do not get any error message on iPhone but get this on my iPad. The trouble is that my devices are more up to date on contacts than my Mac so I don't want to replace them from my mac! any suggestions?
