Navigating Capitan Using Arrow Keys
Got a new iMac after nine years with my Late 2006. I'm setting up shortcuts, but I can't seem to figure out why I can't navigate apps using arrow keys. Perhaps I forgot where I set that. For example,

I'm not sure what you mean by "navigating apps with arrow keys." The closest thing I can imagine is having Full Keyboard Access enabled on the Shortcuts tab of Keyboard System Preferences.
Thanks, Barney. Specifically, I used to be able to use the Up and Down arrow keys to navigate through Mail folders in the Mailbox sidebar. This post actually helped restore some of the functionality. Pressing Shift-Tab enabled the functionality in Mail.
