4s no sound with bluetooth on harley Davidson

I have a 2014 Harley Ultra Classic in the past my Iphone 4s worked great with blue-tooth to make and receive cell phone call. But after the last IOS 9.2. I can make calls with blue tooth but I can not hear any one or even the phone ringing the person I have called. Also can not hear music on my phone but motorcycle screen shows I'm connected and the time is running.

I have done a hard reboot as well as unpaired phone from motorcycle and repaired it. No luck
