Q: just reset this phone an dont know who the other owner is i need help

i just reset this phone ipnone 5 an the owner I got this from I don't no how to reach him any more an it wont let me use the phone

    If you can't contact the person who set the lock, that iPhone is useless to you; if you bought it through a place such as Amazon or eBay, ask the people running it for a refund.

     

    Nobody on these boards can unlock that iPhone for you, and nobody at Apple will. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.
