Cannot sync Apple Watch fitness to weight watchers app

I cannot get my Apple Watch fitness tracker to sync to my weight watcher app. When I go into sources in the health app to add the WW mobile app it shows up with a icon that is like a box with a spider web (not the WW mobile icon) and it indicates the app is no longer installed. The thing is that the WW mobile app is installed, I've tried deleting and reinstaaling the WW mobile app, resetting my content and settings. I believe I need to be able to include the Waw mobile as an app under sources to activate it under fitness for the data from fitness to syn to the WW app so this is extremely frustrating.

HElp- I need to lose weight and want my fitness tracker to show up on my weight watchers daily tracking to help me stay on track!!

Hi Catherine

The description for the Weight Watchers app does not mention sync support for Apple Watch.

It also appears to advise that the iOS Health app sync feature has been temporarily removed:

"iOS 8+ users can connect with Apple’s Health app to sync your health and fitness data .. This feature is coming back soon along with others .. We apologize that a number of features were temporarily removed, but newer and better versions will be coming back soon"
