I need an AirPort Utility that works with OS X V. 10.11.2

AirPort Utility 6.3.1 is for Mac OS X V 10.10 My MacBook Pro has OS X version 10.11.2 El Capitan. I need to install an AirPort Utility for my O/S so I can change the channel assignment. My download speed is supposed to be up to 200Mbps and a lot of the time it's under 100Mbps. Sometimes it's 130Mbps, like right now. TWC said I should be using channels 1, 6 or 11, but I can't get into my AirPort Time Capsule, to check or change the channel assignment.

Does Apple have an AirPort Utility that works with El Capitan or am I screwed?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11)

As LaPastenague mentions, you already have the most up to date version of AirPort Utility on your Mac.

Open Finder (the smiley face on the dock) > Open Applications > Open Utilities > Open AirPort Utility

Click the AirPort Utility menu in the upper left corner of the screen, then click About AirPort Utility

You have AirPort Utility 6.3.6.

If you will check on the Mac that is running El Capitan.....you will see that you already have the correct version of AirPort Utility installed for El Capitan.

Open AirPort Utility

Click on the AirPort Utility menu at the upper left corner of the screen

Click About AirPort Utility to see that you do not have 6.3.1. You probably have 6.3.6 if I remember correctly.

TWC said I should be using channels 1, 6 or 11,

Those are usually the most crowded channels. Not sure how TWC could "see" your network to be able to tell you what channels to use. They must have an amazing crystal ball.
