    Hi

Screenshots are taken (and added to Photos on your iPhone) when you press and hold the side button on your Apple Watch and then also press and immediately release the Digital Crown.

This may happen by accident when, for example, the buttons are pressed by the back of your hand (when flexing at the wrist) or by your clothing.

To prevent this from occurring, try:

    • Wearing your watch a little higher on your wrist.
    • Wearing your watch band more tightly (exercise may otherwise lead to it moving from its usual position on your wrist).
    • Wearing your watch rotated by 180 degrees, so that the Digital Crown and side button are on the other side, where they may be less likely to be activated unintentionally.
      • To adjust the display settings, on your iPhone in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Watch Orientation - change the side for the Digital Crown.
      • How to change bands over: Change your Apple Watch band - Apple Support
