Also, when you removed and reinstalled iTunes, did you do this in accordance with the instructions in the support document from Apple? Dec 23, 2015 2:19 PM in response to Adietyahby ChrisJ4203,★HelpfulJust trying to remove it via Windows Control Panel can cause more problems than it helps. See if the proper removal will help you with your problem. Proper removal will ensure that iTunes installs a complete set of device drivers.

is there others suggestions?
