I can't change back my iTunes store

Hello,


I was add the redeem code and I still have least than $1 to purchase. When I want to purchase song it required my credit card. However, I can't add my credit card, because it said my credit card was declined. Then I try to change my iTunes store back to my original country, but it said I have to spend all of my balance.


So could you help me about this?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It seems like you want to change to a different region, but you still have a credit and are not able to change regions. I would recommend you read this article, it may be able to help troubleshoot the issue.


If you can’t change your iTunes Store country or region - Apple Support

You must spend your balance before you can change stores.

If your store credit is less than the cost of a single item on the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store, you can add a credit card to your account. When you buy an item, you will use the remaining store credit and charge the remainder of the purchase to your credit card.

If you don't have a credit card, contact iTunes Store support.
