It sounds like you need to reset your Apple ID password, but no longer have access to your rescue email. If this is the case, I would try resetting your Apple ID password by going through the option that requires answering your security questions. You can also reset your password if you still have access to the primary email address.

If you're still having issues signing in with your Apple ID and password, make sure that you're entering the correct Apple ID. In most cases, your Apple ID is also the primary email address of your Apple ID account. If these steps didn't help you change your password, contact Apple Support.
