Q: Not receiving all texts, iPhone 6s

I'm having an issue in both group and single texts where I am not recieving all messages sent to me. Why is this happening and what are ways I could go about fixing it? Its happening at home, on wifi, and I have 4 bars (or dots, rather) of LTE with wifi off.

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

if the link doesn't help contact your cell phone provider, SMS is a carrier feature.
