How to fix my wifi problems, and also it wont let me update my phone

Like it lets me connect but it dosen't let me get on no apps.
Try resetting your network settings: Settings>general>reset>reset network settings. You will need the wi-fi password.
It didn't work.
Is safari working?
Try doing a restore and don't restore to backup. If the issue continues after that take the phone to a Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service provider.
