How can I restore the Recovery HD?

Hi!

I just reinstall the OS X on my macbook pro after reformatted my Hard Drive because someone locked it at the app store and during the process I lost the Recovery HD partition, I want to know where can I get the info, package or staff that goes in there so everything would be in place. Thank you!

MacBook Pro (13-inch Late 2011), OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)

I have El Capitan already, it's working fine, what I'm asking is about how to literally restore the Recovery HD partition, just if it has something special inside to be installed.

What I mean with "someone locked it - the hard drive - at the apple store" is also literally, I went to the apple store at Houston, to check up my laptop, and the person said "I'm sorry, right now you need to take an usb and get all the stuff you need" and I did because I thought I was with a professional, but he just looked my Hard Drive and made me believe that my macbook had no solution, but right now I'm in that laptop and the only thing I changed was the one this guy did.

So, the only question is about how to get the stuff that goes in the Recovery HD partition that normally comes when you open your macbook for the first time, because after reformatting my Hard Drive to make it work and installing El Capitan, the Recovery HD partition didn't show up.
