Q: iphone 6s itunes issue

iphone 6 looking for newest version of itunes.  I have the latest and have re installed it twice already.  I am running a mac book pro with ox 10.6.8

    What you have is the "latest" version of iTunes that OS X 10.6.8 can run.  But that is a big problem ...

     

    The current version of iTunes is 12.3.2.  However, that version requires OS X 10.8.5 or later to run.  (Current OS X is 10.11.2.)

     

    So you need a more current OS X version.  If your computer can run it, you can get El Capitan here:

    If your computer is too old to use El Capitan, it's time to purchase a new computer.
