how to transfer rhapsody playlist

I have decided to leave rhapsody for itunes since i can have six devices on the family plan. I checked for compatibility of the devices; they are all ok. My question relates to the ability to have a family plan without having an ios device. We have only PC's in the house, android phones, and sansa sandisk MP3 players. I also would like to know if there is a way of transferring my rhapsody playlist to itunes? I do have an i pad 2, but it is broken at this time.

For the playlists question:

I'm afraid not, but if you don't mind the work you could write down all the songs in your playlists and recreate them in iTunes.

For the family plan question:

You can use apple music on Windows 10, PC, and even android, but it is probably not compatible with your MP3s.
