Changing RSS Podcast Feed From Website to SoundCloud

Hi All, hope you can help me out with something that I think is fairly easy to do, but I'm not sure it would involve a 301 redirect, but I decided to ask here to be sure. Here's my issue:

I currently have this podcast on iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/morning-cooldown-podcast-remixed/id105715847 6

The episodes are uploaded and hosted on SoundCoud, but I use the following feed created through Powerpress on my website: http://karagottwarner.com/category/podcast-episodes/feed/.

I no longer want the episodes going through this feed. I would like iTunes to look at this feed instead: http://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:96370986/sounds.rss which is my SoundCloud feed.
