I Just purchased my iPhone 6s plus and the touchscreen st working all of a suddon, why won't my screen work? Will reseting it work or do I have to take it in

Did you try a hard reset (Home and Power Button for 20 seconds?)
tried everything from soft to hard reset. backed up the whole phone, set it up brand new to factory settings as a new phone to distinguish between hardware and software fault. still no joy .defiantly not a software fault. its either a lcd screen problem or the connectors . something apple issnt telling us. been an apple user for the past 9 years.
Which jailbreak version is installed?
Apple Support - and I would try today before the rush with questions from gifts received tonight and tomorrow
