Q: converting excel to numbers on icloud
I have a spreadsheet in excel on my mac. I put it in mu cloud drive, and want to open it in numbers, or even pages if I need, but I can't access it. It shows up on my cloud drive, but I can't access it. I even tried to email it to myself, but now, I can't even open the attachment. The only options I am getting now that I put the icloud drive on my phone/ipad are to save it to dropbox, google drive, icloud, etc...or send it out again by email or message, etc.
Please help! I'm very technologically challenged!

Here are two ways.
First way: In Finder control-click the document and choose Open With... then Numbers.app (3.6.1):
Second way: In Numbers, choose File > Open from the menu and choose the Numbers document in iCloud Drive:
These two approaches work with most apps on your Mac, not just Numbers. Good luck!
