Q: Why I cannot back up my iphone 5s?

I have tried different options in order to back up my iPhone 5s 16gb, but always when I double check I see that it has stopped. There is no error message neither. I have reset the device. I have unlogged the icloud account several times. I have enough memory space, also. The operating system is iOS 9.2

Hi, fromsouth, my problem is related to:

    "Problem B.

Can't backup any of the devices on my iCloud account. Getting message "last backup could not be completed".

Possible reason - interrupted encrypted connection to icloud server.

Fix - delete backup - sign out of iCloud and sign back in- make sure not to mistype password even once. Make sure that small activity wheel

is not rotating and attempt to backup manually - if it does not work to try few times and then leave device alone for few hours charging, preferably overnight.

In some cases changing DNS settings to Google dns helps to keep secure connection more reliable.

If that does not fix the problem to backup to iTunes and restore from iTunes backup.

Itunes have not only ability to fix corrupted content on the phone, but also fix authentication tokens".

I have sign out iCloud and sign back in but it still shows me the message of ""last backup could not be completed".

I have changed my DNS,but it does not solve the problem. And when I try to do download iTunes an error message of "Apple mobile device service failed to start. Verified that you have sufficient privileges to start system devices".

    What may I do now?
