I recently started a new contract with a different carrier.
When I try to set up my bank card with apple pay, it asks me to confirm by text, but it shows my old phone number and wont let me change it to my new one.
How can I resolve this?

Is the bank associated with your bank card aware of your new phone number? You should start there.
