Look over http://www.apple.com/batteries/maximizing-performance/ for tips to help improve battery life.

You can check the battery cycle count to make sure the battery is not consumed and needs to be replaced.

From Launchpad : Other, start Activity Monitor. Click the Energy Tab, and then Energy Impact tab so the arrow is facing down. If Safari is open, it will be near the top. If you have n-tuple tabs/windows open in Safari, then that will use more juice. What currently running applications appear?

Is your Desktop covered in icons? Each one of these is effectively an open window, and uses more memory. Organize this icons in your home directory, but not on the Desktop. If you are an ardent user of social media, Facetime, Skype, or play movies through your browser, then expect to use more battery life. If you are a developer and running Xcode with lengthy compiles, more power consumption results. If you launch multiple applications, and keep them in your Dock, this will take a toll.

Though essential, expect hourly Time Machine backups to consume about an hour of battery life per 8 hour day. My 2014 MacBook Air under constant use will last 8 hours with 25% battery remaining with a USB3 external Time Machine drive connected, and heavy Safari/Mail usage.

That does not seem to indicate anything is consuming much of anything on your Mac.

Did you run this while Safari was draining your battery?

Did you let Activity Monitory run for a long time in the background while Safari was draining your battery?

You should also capture the Energy tab, which for the duration you were running Activity Monitor will accumulate data on what apps over time have been consuming your power.

You should also look at what Safari windows and tabs you have open.  Maybe you have a favorite web site with poorly written Javascript which is running wild and consuming all your power.

You should also look at your Safari extensions to see if one of them is hurting you.  Maybe you have an adware Safari extension/plug-in that is spending all its time silently clicking on links to run up ad revenue using your Mac to do the work.  Safari -> Preferences -> Extensions (consider clicking "Off" and see if this changes anything).

    Yup.

Playing a movie is via Safari generally involves doing network I/O to get the move stream (so you are keeping your WiFi radio busy and using power), the movie has to be rendered from the digital stream data to your screen so there is lots of continuous CPU usage, and the Graphic chip is busy painting your screen at at least 30 frames/second with a new image.

If your past CPU drain while using Safari was when watching movies, YouTube (or similar video service) videos, pulling down from the net lots of high resolution pictures, etc..., then it is possible this contributed to your battery usage.

The next question is, how old is your battery.  Batteries do not last forever.  They degrade.  If you are using your Mac at a casual rate, NOT video watching, except for some modest YouTube type videos, web browsing, email, doing some other things that are not CPU intensive, how long does your battery normally last?

I bought this macbook a mount ago  so battery is new (cycle count is just 16).

I use my macbook generally for studying and it's contain watch something(generally). So I have never used just for casual things or when I used ,I didn't have such a problem so  I didn't pay attention but I know its  battery consumption when I bought  much less.

A Mac's power consumption, and the battery drain that results from it, are directly related to the heat it produces. If your Mac is warm its power consumption is greater than when it is not warm.

From the screenshots your posted it is obvious that the content provided by "dizibox.com" is resulting in a very resource-intensive web page, and the battery drain you describe is as expected while using it.
