Snow Leopard Server firewall blocks everything when machine boots

Hi,

I am using an Xserve with NAT enabled, however if I boot the machine with the firewall enabled, it seems to prevent any of the network config working (I can't even open the server admin panel). In order to fix my issue I have to disable the firewall from the terminal, reboot the machine and then enable the firewall.

If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.

Xserve (Late 2006), Mac OS X (10.7.4), Client version
