Q: ipod touch 4th can't signin facetime

today i can't sign in facetime and imessage. i fill my account and password and push sign in then app facetime and imessage change page to give me push "next" buttom for agree use my account. Then i push "next" buttom, previus page come back give me fill account and password again. Thank for answer for me

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.6, touch 4th

Have your tried:
Get help signing in to Messages, FaceTime, and Game Center

still can not access for use facetime and imessage

this pic i fill account then push sign in , next page i push next puttom then change page to enter apple id and not have message error tell me.
