I have three kids and a wife all signed into family sharing. For the home sharing within iTunes, do i use their each unique iCloud id, or do we use the same billing id for everyone?

ok, I've seen that. Now, if I have a family all signed into family sharing, do they each need to be signed into home sharing with a single account, or should they use their individual sign in accounts?
if i have family sharing how do i use home sharing?
