If the computer shipped with Mac OS X 10.7 or newer, or was upgraded to use Apple's Internet Recovery system, restart it with the Option, Command, and R keys held down, and use the Disk Utility from there. If not, you'll need a disk.

Ok i have the Apple's Internet Recovery system but i don't know which disk to use when that comes up. they are greyed out
