Q: I can't change my country/religion on my apple accountr

When I choose another country on that, I must fill the payment information which is like Visa card information. I don't even have other country's credit card. There should be an option "none" But it's not on my phone. Please help!

I did but it doesn't work. I have also checked my purchased history. I just don't know I don't have an option "none" when I was chang the countries!
