AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTED WIFI NETWORK FOR MY IPHONE 5s WHICH IS HAVING IOS9.2

Could you clarify the issue you are having?
If you turn off the screen, the wifi will disconnect shortly after to save battery power.
The only time the wifi stays on with the screen off is when it's plugged in to the charger.
