Issue with resetting security questions, there is no Reset your question button on ONE of my TWO accounts

I tried resetting my security questions so I can finally verify my identity so I can finish the setup of my iPad Air. BUT there is no reset security question button on that account, But there is one at this one! Therefore I am stuck, I can't access my iPad Air. Now you may ask why don't I use the other account? It's because each account has different information and Apps on it. Please someone assist me.

Did you see the last paragraph on the page AJ397 linked to? You need to Call Apple.


If you can't reset your security questions

If you can't send a reset email, don't have a rescue email address, or can't access email at your rescue email address, call us for help. When you call, you might need to create a temporary support PIN to verify your identity. After you reset your security questions, you might want to update your rescue email address.
