I understand that you are having a hard time authorizing iTunes on your PC. Let's see if we can get that sorted out.
The first thing I would check is to see if you can access the iTunes Store. Take a look at any security software or firewalls that may be preventing you from making that authorization happen. The details on how to do this are in the article below.
