iPhone 5s - WiFi Button Greyed Out, Bluetooth No Working

Hi Guys,

As the title - neither my WiFi or Bluetooth connections are working on my 5S.

I've followed Apple's WiFi "greyed out" guidance, reset my network settings, then backed up and did a full factory reset and set the phone up again as if from new, but no joy so far.

I even cleaned out the headphone jack as per some suggestions that I found knocking around on various Google searches.

Running iOS 9.2, any suggestions very welcome! Merry Christmas.

If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

That I will - was hoping so could avoid that as our local Apple Store will be hammered until well after the new year. Thanks for confirming that there isn't anything I've previously missed.
