Q: My account said it was disabled but I don't know security answers and aren't using the email to restore the account since it was long forgotten.

Let me say my story first. My brother gave me his iPod touch since it said disabled. I restored or reset the iPod at apple and then after at home a activation lock appeared. I new the account name but didn't know the password but after I tried it said account was disabled. I tried restoring the account but I had to use the security questions instead of email since the account was not used for a long time. I tried but it said that my answers were not correct. What do I do next? by the way I created the account before I was of eligible age.
