Does anybody else have this problem with trying to send a gift?

Everytime it keeps on asking me to submit my billing info even when i filled it all out and it would not let me send a gift.This is getting super annoying.😠

I understand that you have not been able to send a gift in iTunes because it keeps prompting for your billing information. The following article explains how to send gifts, but also includes some circumstances where you may not be able to send a gift.


I would suggest reading over this article to ensure all of the steps are being completed and to verify that you do not meet one of the circumstances where you would not be able to send a gift.

  • You can't purchase an iTunes Gift with store credit.
  • If you're using Family Sharing and Ask To Buy is enabled on your account, you can't purchase gifts.
  • You can't redeem purchased gifts outside of the country of purchase. For example, an iTunes Gift purchased in France can't be redeemed in an iTunes Store outside of France.
  • If you want to cancel a gift, you can contact Apple Support up to two days before scheduled delivery.
  • Learn how to resend an iTunes Gift.
