won't reinstall on Macintosh HD disk
ssays "Mac OS X cannot start up from this disk, but when I repair the disk it says it is ok. and when I try to do the back up it can't ever find a time capsule. totally confused need help asap

Have you tried opening Airport Utility to see if the Time Capsule disk is okay?
