Q: iDVD accidentally deleted

Thinking that the iDVD was ruin I accidentally deleted , I realized that it was just an error message , so I tried to reinstall it from my time machine

it seem to have install it , but when I start a new project it won't open it says its missing the THEMES so I did some looking and I ran disk uttility the THEMES are not available , is there anyway to download a iDVD ? any version to try make iDVD work. HELP

Move it out of the applications folder to the trash again (do not empty trash until you have this solved)
Start Appstore->Purchased folder, type your Apple ID, install iDVD.

Then try to find the iLife dvd on which it is.
It is probably not ElCapitan compatible any more.
Last time I had it was in Mavericks....
