Q: Headset problem

Help. i bought new ip5s.. Unboxing it meanwhile i noticed that inside my headset when something is broke. Because when i shaking it i dont know im freak out what i have to do?

HHow do I? My mom bought it to me from Dubai and I'm in the philippines .addtional I don't have time yet maybe January 5-20 to go in store, when my warranty expire? Thanks lot
