and then erase content, two minutes later, just repeat setup process with restore from icloud backup.

Dec 25, 2015 8:26 AM in response to fromsouthby mmh1028,I'm trying to restore it from icloud backup, but it's not letting me select the backup i did this morning. I've tried several times and the backup would be there, but i would be unable to click on it. Now, nothing even comes up when i get to the "choose backup" screen.

Dec 25, 2015 8:30 AM in response to mmh1028by fromsouth,You may need to setup phone as new first and then update to newest OS, then wipe it.
If the backup was done on 9.2 and your new phone is 9.1 - it needs to be updated first.

Dec 25, 2015 8:37 AM in response to fromsouthby mmh1028,So if the new phone isn't updated to 9.2, I need to set it up as a new phone, wipe it and update it, then set it up?

update and then wipe, but everything else is correct.
setup as new, update, wipe and restore during setup.
