Accidentally slept with iPad inside pillow

So my sister was trying to hide the iPad from me and kept inside of my pillow. I didn't know this and I just slept on it the whole time. I am worried that I had absorbed too much radiation from my device while sleeping. The only thing on was wifi.

If the iPad was set to go to sleep then the iPad is, essentially, non-operational and wasn't transmitting or receiving anything that would be harnful to humans.

The screens are such now that they emit very little in the way of harmful radiation from the screen.

Radiation from video screens came from the much older Cathode Ray tube type TVs and video monitors, that maybe are still around today, but were the technology of the 1950’s and later TV set designs and was discontinued technology with the advent of flat screen LCD, LED and Plasma TVs in the early to middle 2000’s.
