Q: How do I authorize a computer when there is no button to do so in iTunes?

I previously deauthorized my previous computer and now want to authorize my new PC. However, when I log into my account, I do not see a button to authorize my computer. I just see the following: "0 computers are authorized to play content purchased with this Apple ID." Please help

Mac OS X

For a computer running Mac OS X, move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store or Account in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.
For a computer running Windows, click here, follow the instructions, click on Store or Account in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.
