Q: How do I delete purchases from Apple ID account?

Or do they stay forever even though I don't want them (apps, TV episodes, etc.)?

Not sure what you mean.

iCloud is a service that allows you to redownload past purchases. As such, you cannot delete the record that they were purchased.

You can hide them:

Hide and unhide purchases in iTunes or iBooks on your ...

I think you can do it by going into the appstore on your phone, select purchases and you should be able to delete it from there.

Ah. Well, I didn't want to redownload those purchases anyways. I have like over 900 apps right now and only want to keep 10% of them. Argh at that many purchases to go through.
