How long do you have to wait after incorrectly answering security questions too many times in a row

I was attempting to answer my security questions, and I received a message telling me I had answered incorrectly too many times in a row. How long am I required to wait until I can answer again or change my questions?

Thank you but that did not help. All it says is that there is a waiting period. I need to know how long that waiting period is.
