iCloud photos don't load

I have uploaded all my photos to iCloud.com via the Photos OS X app. However when I login to the iCloud.com site, the photos just appear as grey boxes. When I click on one it just reports it "Cannot load the item, please try again later.".

The photos were uploaded over a week ago, I have tried a few times logging in and out but they don't show up. None of my albums show up either.

Anyone have any idea of what to do?
